I started my career in sales, operations, and analytics. Before Salesforce, I was
building Python ETL pipelines, designing relational databases, and shipping data
automation tools on AWS — work that cut reporting turnaround by 700% and became
the analytics foundation for a national eCommerce operation. That background shaped
how I think about software: it exists to serve people and the bottom line, not the
other way around.
As a Lead Partner Innovation Engineer at Salesforce, I function as a
"Delta" for the partner ecosystem:
a technical advisor who bridges high-level business strategy and rapid engineering execution.
Instead of just asking "Can it be built?" I partner with CTO, CIO, and CPO
leadership to prove "Is it worth the investment?" through high-impact Proof of
Value engagements. I'm just as comfortable whiteboarding an architectural roadmap with
a CTO as I am diving into the code alongside a development lead.
Leadership Philosophy
I operate under a trust-first approach: transparency, purposeful communication, and
efficient process over bureaucracy. As a leader, I'm passionate about empowering team
members to use their own voice in the design process. I prioritize knowledge transfer
and mentorship, focus on removing blockers, and build environments where every voice
shapes what we ship. Whether leading a high-intensity Innovation Lab or embedding with
a partner to reboot a stalled initiative, my goal is to build teams and systems that outlast the
engagement.
